ORDERING AND SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship?

You should expect to receive your orders within 5 to 10 working days upon payment verification depending on the shipping destination.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Following this, we will provide you with another shipping confirmation email (including tracking information) once the order is handed over to the carrier. 

Can you cancel or change my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us at orders@fancymobility.com as soon as possible. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

RETURNS

I received my order but I changed my mind and would like to return it.

100% No Question Asked Return Policy!
If you change your mind, don’t sweat it! You may return your purchase no question asked.

Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment, and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from you! 
Simply write to us at orders@fancymobility.com with your order number.

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

1. Items without their original packaging
2. Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear
3. Products damaged after receipt of delivery

I received my order and it's defective.

We’re so sorry the item did not reach you in good condition! We are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.
Please write to orders@fancymobility.com with your order number for our customer happiness agent to follow up with you directly.

I received my order but one/some of my items are missing.

We’re sorry your order is not completed. Simply write in to us at orders@fancymobility.com with your order number and our customer happiness agent will be able to look into it and have the missing item redelivered at your earliest convenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) in addition to PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please note that Apple Pay may be deactivated for particular products.
